Yes. Since all of our jewelry is 100% handcrafted and made to order, we can customize or personalize pretty much anything - for instance; we can customize the length, replace or add charms, gemstones and/or metal colors. We can also personalize, but you will need to contact us. Additional fees may be applied depending on what you want to add or change (i.e. upgrading from gold fill to 14k gold will be based on the current market cost of gold at time of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
