Orders
ANSWER: It depends on where you are located. Most orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Shipping
ANSWER: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. At this time we are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria & Venezuela.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer returns on all of our regular priced jewelry and accessories as long as they are unworn, with tags still attached and in their original packaging (jewelry pouch and gift box) within 30 days of the delivery date. All items in our Crystal Shop are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged & any jewelry thats marked down will also be included in the final sale and will say on the products listing page.
Products & materials
Yes. Since all of our jewelry is designed and handmade in house, nearly all of our jewelry can be customized and/or upgraded to 14k Gold or any other type of precious metals, such as white gold, platinum, etc. You will need to contact us to place your order, pricing will be based on the current market value of your desired metal choice at the time of your purchase.

Warranty & Repairs
ANSWER: Yes, absolutely! We offer a 40% discount on the original price you paid for the pair or the current listing price for a single earring replacement. Please text us (+1.813.406.4445) or send us a message via live chat on our website with a clear photo of the earring you need along with the following contact info: name, shipping address, email and phone number, so we can email you an invoice and know where to ship your earring replacement.
ANSWER: If we have all of the parts in stock, your earring will ship within 1-3 business days. If we have to order parts that are out of stock, it could take up to 4 weeks, but typically 2 weeks. If you need the replacement by a certain date please reach out to us to check before paying your invoice.
ANSWER: anywhere between 2-6 weeks depending on what's needed and if any parts need to be ordered. If we have the parts in stock, it usually takes 2-4 weeks. If parts have to be ordered then it can take up to 6 weeks. We do our very best to get repairs completed and shipped back ASAP!
