Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) anywhere in the United States. Most orders ship within 2 business days; however, certain high demand items may be on backorder. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $25.00 USD. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Mail for International shipping.

Delivery requires 10-20 business days for most major markets. Additionally, jewelry can sometimes take additional time clearing customs.

Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer. At this time, we are not able to ship to Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba or North Korea.

TRACKING

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data. A tracking number will be provided for International shipments, but once your order arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information.
