Materials
We have carefully sourced all of our materials to withstand the test of time. However, certain metals such as sterling silver will oxidize over time if not properly stored and cared for. We recomend storing all of our pieces in the jewelry pouch and sealed bag that comes with your order when your're not wearing it to protect it from humidity. Yes. Since all of our jewelry is 100% handcrafted and made to order, we can customize or personalize pretty much anything - for instance; we can customize the length, replace charms, change gemstones and metal color, etc. We can also personalize, but you will need to contact us. Additional fees may be applied depending on what you want to add or change (i.e. upgrading from gold fill to 14k gold will be based on the current market cost of gold at time of purchase. Precious gemstones and engravings will also require an addittional fee. Contact us to learn more.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Yes. However, exchanges must be requested and confirmed with us within 7 days from the time your order was delivered. No exceptions.
Exchanges will only be shipped after we receive the original item in new condition with all tags and packaging, along with payment for any additional costs and fees.
