ORDERS
It depends on where you are located. Most orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes to your order.
We will do our very best to accommodate your request as long as your order has not shipped.
SHIPPING
After your purchase is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping and tracking details; sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Yes, we provide expedited shipping in the United States for an extra fee, which can be chosen at checkout.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. At this time we are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria & Venezuela.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To learn more, view our Return and Refund Policy
Yes. However, exchanges must be requested and confirmed with us within 7 days from the time your order was delivered. No exceptions.
Exchanges will only be shipped after we receive the original item in new condition with all tags and packaging, along with payment for any additional costs and fees.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
We have carefully sourced all of our materials to withstand the test of time. However, certain metals such as sterling silver will oxidize over time if not properly stored and cared for. We recommend storing all of our pieces in the jewelry pouch and sealed bag that comes with your order when you're not wearing it to protect it from humidity. We also recommend wiping your jewelry down with a clean soft cloth after you wear it to maintain its luster. Visit our jewelry care page to learn how to care for different metals and gemstones.
Yes. Since all of our jewelry is designed and handmade in house, nearly all of our jewelry can be customized and/or upgraded to 14k solid gold or any other type of precious metals, such as white gold, platinum, rhodium, etc. You will need to contact us to place your order; pricing will be based on the current market value of your desired metal choice at the time of your purchase.
Our jewelry is designed and handmade in house, allowing for customization with a wide range of gemstone options, cuts, and sizes. Contact us to order and receive pricing based on your choices. Additional costs may apply for personal engravings based on the number of letters, words, and type of metal chosen.
We will be launching a full collection with an array of gemstones, unique components, and charms which you can purchase in addition to complement any jewelry piece on our website. These can be found by going to Collections => Add-ons.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All our jewelry designs are backed by a lifetime warranty with no questions asked. It's important to note that crystals from our crystal shop are final sale and not covered by the warranty.

Buyer is only responsible for shipping fees, while all repairs or replacements will be free of charge. Please visit our warranty and repairs page to learn more.
Repairs generally take 2-6 weeks, depending on needed parts. With parts in stock, it could be as quick as 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks. If parts need ordering, it may take up to 6 weeks, though this is rare.
Our goal is to have repairs completed and returned swiftly. Generally, repairs are completed and shipped within 7-10 business days once we have received your repair.
Yes, absolutely! We offer a 40% discount on the original price you paid for the pair or the current listing price for a single earring replacement. Please follow the 3 simple steps on our warranty & repairs page to request a replacement.
After submitting your earring replacement, we will send you an invoice via email or text. Upon receiving your payment, we will process and ship your replacement earring. You will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details once your item has shipped.
If we have all of the parts in stock, your earring will ship within 1-3 business days. If we have to order parts that are out of stock, it could take up to 4 weeks, but typically 2 weeks or less. If you need the replacement by a certain date please reach out to us to check before paying your invoice.

Yes. We recommend having your stretch cord bracelets cord replaced as the cord can stretch out over time. We typically suggest having this done every year to maintain. We will happily restring any of our bracelets for free; buyer is only responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, if you live (or are visiting) the greater Tampa Bay region, you are more than welcome to drop off and pick up at your convenience to avoid shipping costs.
Yes. In the event of a beaded bracelet snapping, the task of gathering all the individual beads may feel akin to searching for a needle in a haystack. Do your best to find as many as you can, but do not worry, we got you.
When we receive your repair and some of the beads are missing we will add the remaining beads needed to complete.
If for some reason, we do not carry those same beads anymore, we will either replace with something similar or will contact you directly with some options for you to choose from so we can complete your repair and get it back to you ASAP.
