PRODUCT REPAIR

REPAIR POLICY

If your jewelry is broken or damaged, we can repair it. We keep a large inventory of beads, clasps, tags and other components, so we can replace them for most of our products. If products or parts are unique, or have been discontinued, or are no longer carried in inventory, we may not be able to replace them. Parts that are not available may be substituted with similar parts, if possible.

Product Care

Our jewelry has been designed to last a lifetime, but as with any material, exposure to harsh environments or continuous use without cleaning, can limit the life of our products. Accordingly, we recommend that you clean and examine your jewelry often to detect any wear or damage.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPAIR

To submit a repair, please follow the following three steps:

STEP 1:
On your mobile phone, take up to 3 photos of the item that needs repair. We recommend one close up image and one image with the entire item in the photo.

STEP 2:
Text the images to: 813.406.4445 (DO NOT SEND THE TEXT YET)!

STEP 3:
Include the following information in the text message with your images:

  • First and last name
  • Return shipping address
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number

You are now ready to submit your repair request.

Please allow 2-5 business days for a response after submitting your repair.

NOTE: Your email address will be used to notify you when your repair is complete. The email will include your tracking and shipment information so you can track the status of your repair.



HOW LONG TO COMPLETE A REPAIR

Repairs can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, depending on demand.

We only accept repairs that are shipped to us via the previous section. Please do not bring your repair to one of our shows, events or showrooms; we will not be able to process it. 

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways, and a $5.00 check made out to BeachBu, LLC must be included in the repair shipment. If a check is not included, you will be sent an invoice for the return shipping charge before your repair will be completed.

When shipping your item to us, DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY! If a signature is required, your item will be returned and your repair will not be processed. A valid tracking number is all that is required.

Tracking

We strongly urge buyers to ship with a valid tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier during transit.
